①無線通信システム及びネットワーク回線は通信の安定性を確保するために十分な規格を用いていることが望ましいです。
②米国Apple社のiOS14以上が稼働するiPhone、iPadまたは、Android7.0以上のOSが稼働するタブレット、スマートフォンでの発信が可能です。音声通話が実施できなかった場合は、iOSを最新バージョンへアップデートしなおしてください。
③OS：Windows10、Windows11、CPU：インテル Core i5（第8世代以降）以上または同等のAMDプロセッサ（Ryzen 2000世代以降）が必要です。
④ブラウザーはGoogle Chrome、Safariの最新版を推奨します。
⑤有線LANを推奨しますが、Wi-Fi接続を使用する場合は信号の強さと安定性に注意してください。
⑥ネットワークトラフィックについて、最低でも100kbps程度以上、リンク速度で300kbps程度以上を確保してください。
⑦ファイアウォールが構築されている場合発信できない可能性があります。
⑧多重NATを設定しない環境でのご利用をお願いいたします。
⑨プロキシサーバが設定された場合、通話に必要な音声パケットの全てまたは一部が欠損する恐れがあり、音声通信を阻害する原因となる場合があります。
①It is preferable that wireless communication systems and network lines with sufficient
standards are utilized to ensure a stable connection.
②You can make calls using iPhones and iPads running Apple's iOS 14 or later, as well
as tablets or smartphones running Android 7.0 or later.
If you are unable to make an audio call, please update the iOS to the latest version.
③This system requires OS：Windows 10, Windows 11, CPU：Intel Core i5 (8th generation or
later) or an equivalent AMD processor (Ryzen 2000 generation or later).
④For the internet browser, latest versions of Google Chrome and Safari are
recommended.
⑤LAN cable is recommended. Please pay attention to signal strength and stability when
using a Wi-Fi connection.
⑥Please ensure network traffic of at least 100kbps and link speed of at least 300kbs.
⑦There is a possibility that the call cannot be made due to the installed firewall.
⑧Please use in an environment where multiple NAT is not set up.
⑨If a proxy server has been set up, some parts/all of the voice packets required for a
call may be lost, which may interfere with the audio call.
